In recent years, we’ve seen some big shifts in Australia in how brands work with influencers, how much brands are investing in influencer marketing and also how influencers like to work with brands. We’re also seeing regulation being introduced in Australia, in line with other paid marketing channels.

IMPACT is driving a research project looking into influencer marketing trends in Australia and around the world (via our ECCO partner agencies in 40 countries). We’re doing this so we can improve the way brands work with influencers to maximise campaign results (and to help marketers with some challenges we know they are facing internally). We are also surveying influencers to get their take on what’s going on in the industry.
