Throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic, IMPACT – like so many other employers – has been focused on ensuring the health, safety and welfare of our team members, interns, and any clients or visitors that attend our workplace.
As COVID-19 vaccines became available to NSW citizens during the course of the year, IMPACT and our employees mutually-agreed that all team members would be vaccinated – for the benefit of ourselves, our workplace, our families and the community.
All IMPACT team members are double-vaccinated, with a schedule of boosters according to health advice.
From 15 November 2021, IMPACT will begin to open our workspace to fully vaccinated visitors.
Fully vaccinated clients, suppliers, contractors, interns, friends and family may be permitted to attend the IMPACT office, provided maximum capacity and physical distancing requirements are adhered to.
External face-to-face meetings may also resume, provided all attendees are fully vaccinated and the meeting takes place in a COVIDSAFE environment.
IMPACT’s COVIDSAFE Plan, policies and hybrid workplace structure are designed to support flexibility, and minimise the risk of exposure to COVID-19 for our team members, clients and visitors.
Moving forward, IMPACT is charting a path to support our business, team members and clients to prosper in the next normal; in the working environment, the way we work, the services we deliver and who we work with.
