  • Engage Diversity expert to work with IMPACT to revise Diversity Policy inclusive of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging goals and ensure IMPACT’s business offerings are in line with best practice in DEI (Targets 10 and 12) 
  • Foster recruitment from diverse backgrounds into IMPACT and eliminate bias in recruitment process (Targets 11 and 16) 
  • Enable staff to volunteer for a diversity based NGO/NFO organisation (Target 14) 
  • Embrace cultural diversity through the acknowledgement of cultural and religious practices (Target 15) 
  • Launch IMPACT’s advocacy training business service (Target 13)
