Sydney Festival’s 2019 season offered attendees a colourful and, at times, controversial program. 

To help ready the team for the Festival’s launch and season, IMPACT worked with the organisation’s in-house team to develop a comprehensive issues and crisis communications manual.

A detailed action plan explored a variety of scenarios the Festival team could expect and provided clear instructions on how to manage each scenario with customers, media, performers, stakeholders and the general public.

With the manual in place the Festival team confidently managed all enquiries with no further assistance required from IMPACT.
