IMPACT has been working with The Executive Connection (TEC) since 2014. Throughout the pandemic it was clear that the Australian business landscape, and its leaders, were changing.

IMPACT’s knowns workshop, client data and behavioural consultant revealed a management handover was underway, along with the emergence of two new, distinct member profiles who represent a bold new future of business leadership.

With a deep understanding of the drivers, barriers, values and desires of its members – TEC is playing a key role in this transition to a new generation of resilient business leaders. These new members have forged careers through daring decision making in unknown times and have an increased appetite and understanding of risk.

TEC’s audience profiles will inform communications with current and future members alike, from external marketing initiatives and PR, to 1:1 calls from the sales team.
