IMPACT, together with the Nestlé Corporate Affairs team are thrilled to have been recognised at the Public Relations Institute of Australia’s (PRIA) prestigious Golden Target Awards!
The national awards night on 12 October saw IMPACT and Nestlé claim gold in the Corporate Reputation and Management category, which celebrates campaigns that launch, build or enhance a company’s reputation to achieve key business objectives.
Nestlé Oceania Head of Corporate Affairs, Sally Strautins, said: “The communications support for the Nestlé Reforestation Program has, and continues to be, an incredible team effort.
“The award win is well deserved recognition for the communications program that has been undertaken to reach our staff, consumers, customers, and stakeholders.
“Congratulations and thank you to everyone involved, particularly to our agency partner IMPACT, who has been an extension of the Nestlé team through this project.”
In H2 2022, Nestlé launched its Global Reforestation Program in Australia, with the aim to plant 200 million trees globally by 2030, with 10 million of those in Australia.
As part of a 360-degree campaign, IMPACT was engaged to drive positive awareness about the reforestation program and seed ongoing interest in the project’s key milestones.
A huge congratulations to the other shortlisted companies in the category, with Mars Wrigley Australia winning silver and Civil Aviation Safety Authority taking the bronze.
For IMPACT, preserving the planet is one of our core values and we are especially proud to be recognised for this important work.
