For the past two years IMPACT’s Founder and CEO has been part of a community of CEOs hosted by The Executive Connection (TEC). As the world’s largest CEO network, with over 1,200 members in Australia and New Zealand (21,000 members in 16 countries) TEC provides CEOs, senior executives and business owners professionally facilitated, private group meetings, led by TEC Chairs as well as access to one-to-one executive coaching, expert speakers and its global network of business leaders.

At a recent TEC retreat, Nicole’s group awarded her their CEO of the Year. Peer-reviewed, the criteria included chief sales person, chief team builder, chief strategist, a contributor to meetings, someone who deserves acknowledgement and someone who has made a difference to the life of members of the group.

Nicole says it’s been a particularly challenging year for all CEOs and all members of her group are equally as deserving of the award.
