At IMPACT we often use the PESTLE model to get an overall feel for what is going on in the world to provide our work with context. The PESTLE model examines the political, economic, sociological, technological, legal and environmental factors that influence an organisation.

We leverage reports, research, media and client commentary, expert insights and observations to inform these trends. It is a particularly good process to go through in times of turmoil. We went through this process in 2020, just after we entered lockdown. We’re reviewing it again now as inflation continues to grow, and interest rates are going up…
