The IMPACT Agency is thrilled to announce CEO Nicole Webb has been shortlisted in the 2025 B&T Women in Media Awards in the Entrepreneur/Founder category.

For more than a decade, this awards program has been a powerful force for celebrating women in the media, marketing and advertising industries. It recognises professional female leaders who are driving progress towards gender equality and paving the way for the next generation.

Presented by Are Media, this year’s finalists span 29 categories and have been shortlisted from more than 400 entries and over 200 companies.

As a female founder and CEO, Nicole is a fierce champion for women working in media, challenging gender bias and advocating for equality. At IMPACT, we believe she embodies and exemplifies these qualities and we couldn’t be prouder.

Founded in innovation

Nicole is one of 12 women shortlisted in the Entrepreneur/Founder category, which recognises individuals who have built businesses from the ground up with a relentless drive for success.

With IMPACT soon to celebrate 26 years in operation, Nicole understands the grit and vision required to build a sustainable business in an ever-evolving environment.

Having successfully navigated the tech bubble, GFC, and a global pandemic under her leadership, she has cemented the agency’s position as one of Australia’s longest-standing independent PR consultancies.

We are particularly proud of this nomination as it acknowledges innovation – a core agency value and area of focus for business over the past 12 months, particularly with the use of AI.
