At IMPACT, we’ve always believed in backing bold women who dare to do things differently. Pascale Helyar-Moray OAM is among the boldest we’ve worked with.

We first collaborated with Pascale as co-consultants in 2014 – claiming CommsCon’s Best Investor Relations Campaign.

In 2019, IMPACT worked with Pascale to launch her brainchild, Super-Rewards – a game changing online platform that allows women to grow their super by earning cashback from everyday shopping.

Since then, Super-Rewards has gone from strength to strength. Now called Grow My Money, the platform was acquired by comparison giant, Finder, in 2024.

Pascale has gone from strength-to-strength too. Last year she published her first book, Rich Woman, Poor Woman, and was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in recognition of her significant contribution to women’s affairs.

Now, she’s launching another bold project – the Dare To Be Rich Podcast – and the IMPACT team can’t wait to listen in!

Dare To Be Rich

Dare To Be Rich is an extension of Pascale’s Rich Woman, Poor Woman book; designed to help women grow their super, build wealth, and boost their financial confidence.

Each episode blends smart financial advice, superannuation insights, practical life hacks, and personal stories drawn from Pascale’s 25+ years in the industry. It’s a relatable, inspiring listen for women who want to feel informed, empowered, and in control of their financial future – and build the life they deserve.

Pascale’s commitment to championing and supporting women is very close to the heart of IMPACT. We’ve already listened to the first episode and know the series will make a significant difference to many women across Australia.
