When launching BioGaia to the Australian market, the brand needed a campaign that would adhere to strict TGA requirements. 

IMPACT combined clinical research with insights from consumer survey responses to demonstrate the brand’s commitment to understanding new parents and their challenges. 

A partnership with Babyology produced content for its news feed, while a strategic campaign to engage with parenting influencers allowed the brand to connect with parents ‘in the thick of it’. 

The campaign has been tested and tweaked and is currently in its fourth year iteration. Each time an influencer posts, sales spike. IMPACT’s work with BioGaia has seen sales exceed category growth.
