2024 was a cracker year for The IMPACT Agency. We reflect on our favourite moments and wins from the year!
1. IMPACT’s 25th birthday: This year The IMPACT Agency celebrated its silver jubilee. A quarter of a century in business is no small feat, we reflected on the agency’s growth and the values that make up the IMPACT difference.
2. Growing relationships: At IMPACT, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Many of our clients and partners have been with us for more than 10 years, and we are proud to work with them side-by-side to embrace change, share opportunities, and drive action.
3. Welcoming new clients: In addition to our work with existing clients, we were also proud to grow new business across a variety of industries. This year we welcomed the original oat drink brand, Oatly, one of Australia’s most trusted names in air conditioning, Daikin, and the country’s peak industry body for disability service organisations, NDS, to name a few!
4. Industry recognition + accolades: We started the year off on a high with an international award win for Best Lifestyle PR campaign at the 2024 Indie Awards. Our work for Rheem’s Apprentice Plumber Grants program were also recognised at this year’s CPRA Golden Target Awards, winning silver in the Community Relations and Engagement Campaign category, and bronze for Integrated Marketing and Communication Campaign. The campaign was also recently shortlisted for the 2025 Indie Awards in the category of Best Corporate PR campaign.
5. Ensuring a ‘Golden’ foodservice industry: In 2024, IMPACT partnered with Nestlé Professional to champion the next generation of culinary talent in Australia. We supported the announcement of Nestlé Professional’s sponsorship for the Junior Team as they prepared for the Culinary Olympics in Germany. For the first time, IMPACT also spearheaded the communications program for the 59th Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award, a landmark initiative that has launched the careers of over 8,000 Australian chefs since 1965.
6. IMPACT’s Annual Influencer Pulse Check: Each year, we undertake research with content creators to get the inside scoop on best practice in an ever-evolving influencer landscape. From the cost-of-living crisis reshaping the industry to the TikTok takeover, and the rise of user-generated content, we revealed the top tips for campaign success in 2025!
7. Celebrating a new era of manufacturing for Chamberlain Group: In September, Chamberlain Group, the parent company of commercial access solutions brand Grifco, expanded its national business footprint, relocating to a new purpose-built manufacturing facility at Somersby, NSW. To mark the occasion, IMPACT supported Chamberlain Group hosting the launch event for staff, stakeholders and media, representing the next step in its impressive 110-year history of manufacturing in Australia.
8. Making headlines across industries: At IMPACT, we’re always on the lookout for what’s trending to help our clients shine. From fashion to HR, we know how to make waves in any industry! Flexing our guerilla PR muscles, we leveraged the 2024 Met Gala as a thought leader opportunity for Women Rising Founder, Megan Della-Camina. Noticing a significant increase in the representation of women over 50 thriving, we secured interviews with top-tier consumer media titles for Megan to discuss why women should feel empowered in their ‘third season’ of life.
9. IMPACT promotions: At IMPACT, we put people first and continued to support the professional development of our team. We were delighted to celebrate the promotions of three of staff to senior account roles.
10. From jetsetters to engagements: In addition to our professional achievements, we rallied around our colleagues in their personal endeavours. Fun fact: the team travelled to a total of 26 countries, we are in the midst of learning five languages, our Group Account Director, Katie Eastment, welcomed a baby girl, Senior Account Manager Lucia McCabe added a puppy to her family, and we celebrated Account Director Trish McGee’s recent engagement!
